I have been praying for a long time for the right job to come around - well, I finally got a job! I will be teaching 6th grade reading and language arts at Boyd Intermediate School. I am so excited to have gotten a job, and I really feel great about it. I really like the principal, and it seems like they have really great programs there. So, I just wanted to share the news. Does this mean Mark is getting a job as a fishing guide now?
Yeah right - in his dreams. That's going to have to wait for retirement! He will find his dream cabin along a river in Colorado, and I will still be teaching to support him!
Woo hoo! I think you'll like 6th graders even though so many of them are punks. (not Morgan) : )
