This is a very special picture to me. This was the last family picture we all had together. This was Christmas 2005, and Grandaddy died the following February. He and Big Mama are in the bottom left corner. We lost Big Mama early this morning. They were two very special and gentle people, and they will both be missed.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Please know that you and Mark and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. Good memories are such a blessing at times like this.
I am sorry to hear about your loss-I will keep you in my prayers as you say goodbye. I believe death is so hard b/c we weren't created for temporary we were created for the eternal living. Each time someone dies, it just makes me all the more longing for the day that we are all united again in Heaven.
